We are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
Interactify does not offer refunds on any of our digital services. Once you have purchased a digital service, you gain immediate and permanent access to it. However, we understand that there may be situations where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We encourage you to contact us so that we can address and resolve any issues you may have.
Interactify offers a 15-day exchange policy on all of our digital services, with the exception of our Quality Lead Data services. If you are not satisfied with a digital service that you have purchased, you may exchange it for another service of equal value within 15 days of your purchase.
To exchange a digital service, please contact us with your order number and the name of the service you wish to exchange. We will process your exchange and provide you with access to the new service.
